Which smart lock is best for a villa front door?

For a metal villa entrance, the models in stock today are the X6 at 60.000 KD and the J04 at 65.000 KD. Both open with face recognition, so family members get in hands-free, and both fit steel and aluminium doors; the J04 adds video intercom from the app. For a wooden front door, the A9x at 55.000 KD fits both wooden and metal doors.

Which smart locks fit aluminium doors?

The K9, J03, S09, J04 and X6 are made to fit aluminium doors, which are common in Kuwait apartments. In stock today: the K9 at 32.000 KD, the X6 at 60.000 KD and the J04 at 65.000 KD.

What happens if the battery runs out?

You won't be locked out. Every smart lock we sell comes with backup mechanical keys and a USB emergency power port, so you can power it from a power bank and open it as normal.

How many people can use one lock?

It depends on the model. The J04 registers 200 fingerprints, the K9 and the A9x over 100 users each, and the glass-door lock over 50. You can add and remove family members, drivers or domestic staff at any time, each with their own fingerprint, code or key card.

Can I open the lock from my phone?

Yes. Wi-Fi models (like the K9, F11s, X6 and J04) can be opened and managed from anywhere through the app. Bluetooth models (like the A9x) work from your phone when you're near the door.
