Hand stapler guns, brad nailers and a hand riveter for carpentry, upholstery and fit-out work. A hand stapler is 5.000 KD, a pneumatic 18-gauge nailer is 8.000 KD, and a 220 V corded nailer that needs no compressor at all is 12.000 KD. Everything here fires into wood, MDF or gypsum board; the staples and brad nails themselves are in stapler pins and brad nails from 0.750 KD.

Which one do you need?

Type Best for Price
Hand stapler gun, all steel, bottom-load magazine The everyday squeeze-handle stapler for upholstery, fabric, insulation and sheeting — loads from the bottom, has a window so you can see when it is running low, and a handle lock for storage 5.000 KD
Hand stapler gun, all steel, for No. 19 fine wire staples Thin materials — fabric, paper, labels and trim. Adjustable power and a noise damper, so it is the one for repetitive indoor work rather than for driving into hard timber 7.500 KD
Pneumatic nailer and stapler, 18 gauge Trim, beading, panelling and skirting, if you already have a compressor — it fires both brad nails and staples, and it needs an air supply to work at all 8.000 KD
Corded nailer, 220–240 V, 18 gauge, works without a compressor The same trim and panelling work with nothing but a wall socket — 1600 to 2400 W, 90 to 120 nails a minute, a 100-nail magazine, 1.4 kg, and F10 to F30 brads into wood, MDF or gypsum board 12.000 KD
Pneumatic brad nailer, 18 gauge, up to 2 inch Joinery and finish work at volume — takes a longer nail than the 8.000 KD gun, has a narrow nose for tight corners, a tool-less nose for clearing a jam and a depth dial. Needs a compressor 30.000 KD
Hand riveter Not a stapler — this one sets blind rivets through sheet metal, trim and cladding by hand. Here because the job is usually the same job 7.500 KD

Out of stock at the moment: a 2-in-1 pneumatic nailer and stapler, a second pneumatic 18-gauge brad nailer, and a cordless 20 V nailer with two batteries. Ask us about availability.

What to check before buying

  • A pneumatic gun is not the cheap option. This is the thing people get wrong here. The 8.000 KD pneumatic nailer looks like it costs 0.500 KD more than a hand stapler, but it does nothing without an air supply, and the cheapest tanked compressor we stock is in pneumatic tools from 92.500 KD. If you do not already own one, the real comparison is the 12.000 KD corded nailer, which works off a wall socket.
  • Hand stapler or nailer? A hand stapler drives a staple — two legs over fabric, mesh, insulation or sheeting. A nailer drives a single brad that disappears into timber and leaves a hole you can fill. Upholstery and sheeting want the stapler; trim, beading and skirting want the nailer.
  • Buy the consumables at the same time. A stapler gun with the wrong staples in your hand is a wasted trip. The staples and 18-gauge brad nails are in stapler pins and brad nails from 0.750 KD, and bringing the gun in — or its box — is the fastest way to be sure you leave with the right box.
  • Check the nail length you need before the gun. The corded nailer takes F10 to F30 brads; the 30.000 KD pneumatic takes up to 2 inch. If your trim needs a longer nail than the gun takes, no amount of power helps.
  • Two hand staplers, two jobs. The 5.000 KD one is the general squeeze-handle stapler. The 7.500 KD one takes No. 19 fine wire staples and has adjustable power, which suits thin material and long sessions. Try both at the counter — the difference is in the hand, not on paper.

FAQs

How much is a stapler gun in Kuwait?

An all-steel hand stapler gun is 5.000 KD and a second one for No. 19 fine wire staples is 7.500 KD. If you want a nailer rather than a stapler, a pneumatic 18-gauge gun is 8.000 KD and a 220 V corded one is 12.000 KD. The staples and brad nails are separate, from 0.750 KD.

Do you have an electric stapler gun that does not need a compressor?

Yes — the 220–240 V corded nailer at 12.000 KD plugs into a wall socket and drives 18-gauge brads at 90 to 120 a minute from a 100-nail magazine. It is the only one on this page that needs neither an air hose nor a battery, and we are down to 12 of them. The cordless 20 V nailer is out of stock at the moment.

What staples and nails do these take?

The nailers all take 18-gauge brad nails; the corded one is rated F10 to F30 and the 30.000 KD pneumatic takes up to 2 inch. The 7.500 KD hand stapler takes No. 19 fine wire staples. Everything is in stapler pins and brad nails — bring the gun or its box with you and we will match it at the counter.

Why is there a hand riveter on this page?

Because it does the neighbouring job and it has nowhere better to sit. It sets blind rivets through sheet metal, trim and cladding by hand, at 7.500 KD. The rivets themselves are in blind rivets.

Also useful: stapler pins and brad nails for the consumables, and pneumatic tools for the compressor and air hose the two pneumatic nailers need.
