Refund policy

At Bab Al-Saif Est, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We carefully inspect and package every order to ensure that you receive only high-quality, functional products.
However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. The following policy outlines how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled when shopping with us.

1. General Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 business days (Saturday-Thursday) from the date of purchase or delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in new and unused condition.
  • It must include all original packaging, manuals, tools, and accessories.
  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns can be made in-store or at our designated drop-off location listed below.

Items returned beyond the 14-day window will not be accepted unless approved by our support team under special circumstances.

2. Return Method

Customers can return their product in one of the following ways:

Option 1: In-Store Return

Bring your item to our physical store or drop-off point:
Jassem Street, Shuwaikh Industrial, Al Asimah 70051, Kuwait

Option 2: Drop-Off Location

If you prefer, you can drop off your return at a designated partner location within Kuwait (details will be provided upon request).

Please contact our support team first to confirm eligibility before visiting or shipping your item back.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

  • If the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping or collection costs.
  • If the product was ordered incorrectly by the customer, does not fit, or you changed your mind, you will be responsible for the actual return shipping cost.
  • For large or heavy items (e.g., electric chairs, generators), our team can assist in scheduling pickup for an additional service charge.

4. Product Condition for Returns

To qualify for a full refund or exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled.
  • Be returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and components.
  • Be free from dirt, scratches, damage, or signs of use.

Used or damaged items may be subject to partial refunds or denied return requests.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or usage reasons:

  • Opened personal hygiene or aroma products
  • Used electrical tools, batteries, or electronic accessories
  • Custom-built or special-order items
  • Products without serial numbers or proof of purchase
  • Items that have been installed, assembled, or altered by the customer

Please make sure to review the product description carefully before purchasing.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We pack every order carefully to ensure it arrives safely.
If your parcel is damaged, opened, or incomplete, please notify us within 12 hours of receiving your delivery.
To help us resolve your issue quickly:

  • Take clear photos or videos of the damaged packaging or item.
  • Email them to Info@babsaif.com with your order number and a brief description.
    After inspection, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost to you.
  • Our quality team will inspect the report and confirm whether a replacement, repair, or full refund will be issued.

We will handle all defective or wrong item cases at no additional cost to you.

7. Refund Procedure

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email or WhatsApp message confirming the status of your return.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 1 business day (Saturday-Thursday) (24 hours)  to your original payment method.

Note: Refunds are not provided in cash for online purchases. They are credited back to the same payment method used during checkout.

8. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 business days (Saturday-Thursday) of delivery.
  • The replacement product must be of equal or lesser value.

If the replacement item costs more, the customer will be required to pay the price difference.

9. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our support team via phone or email.
Once the product has been dispatched or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

If you cancel after shipment, it will be treated as a return request under the same 14-day return policy.

10. Processing Time

  • Returns are typically processed within 2 business days after we receive your item.
  • Customers will be notified by email or WhatsApp at each stage of the return and refund process.
  • Our team is available Saturday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (GMT+03:00) Arabian Standard Time (Kuwait) to assist you.

11. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee for valid returns that meet our eligibility conditions.
