1. Shipping Coverage – Where We Deliver

We proudly serve customers across all regions of Kuwait.
From Kuwait City, Jahra, Hawalli, Farwaniya, Mubarak Al Kabeer, to Ahmadi, our delivery network ensures your order reaches you quickly and securely.
We currently do not offer international shipping — all orders are fulfilled within Kuwait only.

All prices shown on our website are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).

3. Shipping Origin

All products are shipped directly from our main warehouse and store located at:

This central location allows us to fulfill orders efficiently and provide fast nationwide delivery.

4. Currency Used

All transactions on our website are processed exclusively in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).

6. Handling & Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 0–1 business days (Saturday-Thursday) after successful payment.
During peak seasons, weekends, or public holidays, processing time may extend slightly — but we always aim to dispatch your order as fast as possible.
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with delivery details.

7. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 7:00 PM (GMT+03:00) Arabian Standard Time (Kuwait) are processed on the same day.
Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Please note that delivery timeframes begin after processing and not from the time you place the order.

8. Delivery Carriers & Terms

We partner with trusted local courier services across Kuwait to ensure quick and reliable delivery.
Our logistics network includes:

  • DHL Express
  • Local delivery partners and Bab Al-Saif’s own fleet (for heavy or large items)

All orders are delivered door-to-door and customers will be notified once their package is out for delivery.

9. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Express Shipping: Delivered within 1 business day (Saturday-Thursday) (24 hours) after processing.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 2 business days (Saturday-Thursday) (48 hours) after processing.
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as traffic, weather, or public holidays.

10. Order Tracking

For selected courier services, tracking numbers will be provided by SMS, email, or WhatsApp once your parcel is dispatched.
If tracking is not available, our customer support team will gladly update you on your order status anytime.

11. Change of Delivery Address

You may update or correct your delivery address within 2 hours of placing your order.
After processing or shipment, address changes are no longer possible.
Providing accurate address details helps avoid delays and ensures smooth delivery.

12. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us through phone or email.
After dispatch, cancellations are not permitted.
If you wish to cancel after the order has shipped, it will be treated as a return request under our Return & Refund Policy.

13. Parcel Damage or Loss

We pack every order carefully to ensure it arrives safely.
If your parcel is damaged, opened, or incomplete, please notify us within 12 hours of receiving your delivery.
To help us resolve your issue quickly:

  • Take clear photos or videos of the damaged packaging or item.
  • Email them to Info@babsaif.com with your order number and a brief description.
    After inspection, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost to you.

14. Delivery Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • National holidays or unexpected events
  • Weather or road restrictions
  • High seasonal demand

If your delivery is delayed, our support team will promptly notify you and work to resolve it as soon as possible.

15. Large or Heavy Items

Certain bulky or heavy items (e.g., generators, furniture, electric chairs) may require special handling.
Delivery for such items will be coordinated directly with you to ensure safe and convenient arrival.
In some cases, additional delivery time may be required.

16. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.
If both attempts fail due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
Re-delivery can be arranged for an additional shipping charge.

17. Customer Responsibilities

To help ensure timely delivery:

  • Verify that your address and contact number are accurate during checkout.
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
  • Inspect the parcel upon receipt for any visible damage or tampering.

If you believe your parcel is missing or delayed, contact us immediately so we can assist.
