Accepted payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Samsung Pay, KNET, KFast and Cash on Delivery.
All payments are securely processed.
All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).
You authorize us to charge the selected payment method upon order confirmation.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship only within Kuwait.
Shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 2 business days (Saturday-Thursday) (48 hours), free for orders above 30 KWD, flat rate 1.350 KWD under 30 KWD
Express Shipping: 1 business day (Saturday-Thursday) (24 hours), flat rate 2.000 KWD

Orders are processed within 0–1 business days (Saturday-Thursday).
Customers must provide a correct shipping address.
We are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as courier issues, public holidays, or force majeure events.
Parcel damage must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns are accepted within 14 business days (Saturday-Thursday) at our store or designated drop-off location.
Refunds are processed within 1 business day (24 hours) (Saturday-Thursday) of receiving returned items.
Order cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of purchase.
