Out of stock across the board at the moment, and so named without prices: the 30 and 60-litre mop and bucket cleaning trolleys, the manual floor sweeper, the manual and electric toilet plungers, the cordless rotating scrubber, the carpet dryer blower, both cordless floor scrubber-dryers, the second portable steam cleaner and the bathroom shataafa. If you are buying for a cleaning contract rather than a house, call us first — most of what you want is on order rather than on the shelf.
What to check before buying
- Check your electrical supply before you order either big machine. This is the one that catches people out. The 5 bar machine runs on single-phase 220 V but wants a 4 mm² cable with a neutral and a 20 A breaker; the 10 kW machine will run on 220 V single phase or 380 V three phase, and on 220 V it needs a 6 mm² cable with a 63 A breaker. Measure the socket you intend to use, not the one nearest the door.
- Steam or pressure washer? Steam uses a fraction of the water and leaves interiors barely damp, which is why it is the one for car cabins, upholstery and kitchens. A pressure washer moves far more water and is the right tool for a driveway or a car exterior. If that is the job, see pressure washers and car wash instead.
- Tank or self-priming? The 15.950 KD and 39.950 KD machines have a tank you fill. The 249.900 and 399.900 KD machines draw water from a supply, so they do not stop mid-job. For a bay that runs all day that difference matters more than the pressure figure.
- Hose length decides how you work. Both big machines carry a 10 m hose, which means the machine stays put and you walk round the car. A handheld unit means carrying the machine with you.
- One machine for floors and carpets, or two? The 209.950 KD machine scrubs, polishes and does carpets with three brushes and a built-in vacuum. It is the only floor machine in stock, so if you need a scrubber-dryer specifically, ask us when the next one lands.
- Use filtered or distilled water in a steam cleaner. Kuwait's water leaves limescale in the heating element, and it is the usual reason a cheap steam cleaner stops producing steam after a season.

Which steam cleaner is right for a car?
For your own car once a month, the 39.950 KD 3500 W machine is enough, and the 15.950 KD handheld will do vents, trim and seats. For a valeting bay or mobile detailing work, the difference is the 10-metre hose and the self-priming water feed on the 249.900 KD machine — you stand still and the hose reaches the whole vehicle, and nothing stops to refill a tank.
Can a steam cleaner clean carpets?
The handheld at 15.950 KD comes with a wide bristle head for carpets and upholstery and will handle rugs, sofas and car carpets. For whole floors of carpet, the 209.950 KD floor machine is the right tool — it has a dedicated carpet brush among its three and a vacuum built in, rather than leaving the carpet damp.
