2. Do you ship internationally?

No. We only ship within Kuwait. All deliveries are made within the country.

Standard Shipping: 48 hours (free for orders above 30 KWD, flat rate 1.350 KWD under 30 KWD)
Express Shipping: 24 hours (flat rate 2.000 KWD)
Processing time: 0–1 business days (Saturday-Thursday)
Parcel damage must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.

6. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement.
Modifications may be possible within the same 2-hour window.
After this period, contact customer support for assistance.

7. What is your return & refund policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 business days (Saturday-Thursday) at our store or designated drop-off location.
Refunds are processed within 1 business day (24 hours) (Saturday-Thursday) of receiving the returned product.
Products must be in new condition to qualify for a return.
