1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following safe and convenient payment methods for all online purchases within Kuwait:

These options ensure that every customer can complete their order easily using trusted local and international payment networks or pay directly upon delivery.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We understand that some customers prefer to pay once their order arrives. For this reason, Bab Al-Saif Est offers Cash on Delivery as a convenient and secure payment option for eligible orders within Kuwait.

COD Terms & Conditions:

COD is available only for deliveries within Kuwait.
Customers can pay the full order amount in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) directly to the delivery representative.
Please ensure that you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Our couriers may not always carry change.
COD orders are confirmed by phone or email before dispatch to avoid delivery failures.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified while in transit.
Repeated non-acceptance or refusal of COD deliveries may result in temporary or permanent suspension of COD eligibility for that customer.
COD payments are processed securely by our delivery partners, and a receipt or invoice will be issued immediately after payment is collected.

COD Service Charge:

In some areas, a small additional fee (displayed at checkout) may apply to cover cash handling and courier costs. This fee, if applicable, will always be shown clearly before order confirmation.

3. Payment Currency

All transactions are processed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).
At checkout, you’ll always see the final amount payable before completing your purchase — no hidden fees or surprise charges.

4. Payment Security

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption and trusted Kuwaiti payment gateways to ensure that all payment information is transmitted safely.
Your card or account details are never stored on our servers.

Payments are processed through secure and licensed payment providers, in compliance with Kuwait’s financial regulations and global PCI-DSS standards.

5. Order Confirmation and Payment Receipt

After successful payment (online or COD), you will receive an Order Confirmation Email containing:

Order ID and product summary
Payment method used
Billing and shipping address
Estimated delivery timeline

A digital invoice will also be sent automatically to your registered email address for your records.

6. Payment Authorization

When you place an online order:

Your card may be pre-authorized to verify available funds.
Payment is captured immediately after order confirmation.

If authorization fails, your order will not be processed, and you may retry with another payment method.

For COD orders, authorization is not required, but confirmation is mandatory before dispatch.

7. Failed or Declined Payments

Common causes for declined payments include:

Incorrect card details
Insufficient funds
Expired card
Card not enabled for online or international use

If your payment fails, you may retry or choose Cash on Delivery as an alternative payment method.

8. Order Cancellation & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours after placement.
Cancellations within this timeframe receive a 100% refund to the original payment method.
Refunds for returns are processed within 1 business day (24 hours) after inspection and approval.

9. Billing Details and Accuracy

To ensure smooth processing:

Provide accurate billing and contact details.
Orders with mismatched or suspicious information may be delayed or cancelled.
Always ensure your billing address matches your payment method.

10. Fraud Protection and Verification

For your security, all transactions undergo automatic fraud screening.
We may contact you for verification before order processing.
We will never ask for confidential details such as your full card number or PIN over phone or email.

11. Payment Confirmation Timing

Visa, MasterCard, Samsung Pay: Instant confirmation.
KNET, KFast: Processed in real time.
COD: Confirmed upon successful delivery and payment collection.

If your payment status shows “Pending,” it usually clears within 15–30 minutes.

12. Invoice & Record Keeping

Every order automatically generates an electronic invoice that includes:

Customer name and address
Purchased items
Payment method
Total amount in KWD

13. Payment Disputes
