Nails for timber, for block walls and for air nailers. A box of wood nails is 0.750 KD, with or without a head, in ten sizes from a 3/4 inch panel pin to a 4 inch framing nail; steel concrete nails are the same 0.750 KD in six lengths to 4 inches; and the air nailer range runs from 0.750 KD for F brads up to 15.000 KD for SN pins. Everything in all four ranges is in stock today, so a single box and a site order are both no trouble.
Which one do you need?
| Type | Best for | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Wood nails with a head, ten sizes 3/4" × 18 to 4" × 8 | General carpentry, framing, crates, formwork and fencing — the flat head sits on the surface and gives you something to pull against if you need the nail back out | 0.750 KD |
| Lost head wood nails, ten sizes 3/4" × 18 to 3" × 10 | Finishing work where you do not want to see the nail — skirting, architrave, beading, trim. The small head punches below the surface and fills over | 0.750 KD |
| Steel concrete nails, six lengths 1" to 4" | Fixing into block, brick and concrete without drilling first — battens, conduit clips, light timber against a wall | 0.750 KD |
| F brad nails, 18 gauge, nine lengths F-10 to F-50 | The commonest air nailer consumable — trim, beading, light panels and furniture assembly. 0.750 KD at F-10 rising to 1.850 KD at F-50 | 0.750–1.850 KD |
| T nails, T-50 | A T-head air nail where a brad head would pull through — one code, 2.350 KD | 2.350 KD |
| PO nails, five codes P0-6-10 to P0-6-30 | The PO series for its own gun, in five lengths. 2.500 KD at P0-6-10 up to 4.750 KD at P0-6-30 | 2.500–4.750 KD |
| SN pins, SN-32 and SN-38 | The heaviest air nail here, in two lengths. These are the dearest codes in the range by a long way — 13.500 KD and 15.000 KD — so check the code against your gun before you buy | 13.500–15.000 KD |
Everything above is in stock today. One size is not: the lost head nail is out in a single one of its ten sizes — ask us which, or bring the old nail in.
What to check before buying
- Head first, length second. Price will not help you here — every hand-driven nail in this collection is the same 0.750 KD a box whatever its size. So choose on whether you want to see the head. With a head for anything structural or anything you may undo; lost head for anything that will be painted.
- Nail length: about three times the thickness you are fixing through. A 3/4 inch batten wants a 2 inch nail or so. Going longer does not help if the point comes out the other side.
- Into a block wall, use the steel concrete nail, not the wood nail. A wood nail bends on a block wall (طوفة). The steel concrete nail is a hardened masonry nail and it is the same 0.750 KD. For anything heavy on a wall, a nail is the wrong fixing altogether — that is a plug and screw job.
- Read the code off the box you already have. Air nailer nails are not interchangeable: F, T, PO and SN are four different fasteners for four different guns. If the gun takes F brads, an SN pin will not load, and the SN codes are the dearest in the range. Bring the empty box or the gun.
- 18 gauge is the brad gauge. That is what the F series is. If your gun's manual asks for a different gauge, the F nails are not it.
- Buy nails by the box, not by the handful. They are consumables and every size here is held in quantity. At 0.750 KD a box there is no saving in running short halfway through a run.
- Doing a site quantity? Give us the job and the lengths rather than a code list. Contact us — the wood nails, the concrete nails and the F brads are the three we hold deepest.
Buying it from Bab Al-Saif
- Bring the old nail or the empty box to our showroom at Shuwaikh Plaza, Khalifa Al-Jassim Street, Shuwaikh Industrial — matching an air nailer code across the counter takes a minute and saves buying the wrong series.

FAQs
How much are nails in Kuwait?
0.750 KD a box for wood nails, with a head or lost head, in any of the ten sizes from 3/4 inch to 4 inch. Steel concrete nails are the same 0.750 KD in six lengths to 4 inches. Air nailer nails are priced by series: F brads from 0.750 KD, T nails 2.350 KD, PO nails from 2.500 KD and SN pins 13.500 KD and 15.000 KD.
What is the difference between a wood nail with a head and a lost head nail?
The head. A with-head nail leaves a flat head on the surface, which holds better and lets you pull the nail out again — that is the one for framing, crates and fencing. A lost head nail has a small head you punch below the surface and fill over, so nothing shows once it is painted. Both are 0.750 KD and both come in ten sizes.
Which nails fit my air nailer?
Check the code, not the length. We stock four series: F brads in 18 gauge (F-10 to F-50), T nails (T-50), PO nails (P0-6-10 to P0-6-30) and SN pins (SN-32 and SN-38). They are not interchangeable between guns. Bring the gun or an empty box of what you were using and we will match it at the counter. For the guns themselves, see pneumatic tools.
Can I nail into a concrete or block wall?
For light work, yes — that is what the steel concrete nails are for, six lengths from 1 to 4 inches at 0.750 KD. For anything that carries weight, a nail is the wrong fixing and you want a plug and a screw instead; those are on the screws page.
Also useful: pneumatic tools for the nailer and stapler guns these load into, and staple guns and staples for the next fastener along.
