We want you to shop with confidence. Our return policy is designed to make the process clear and smooth.

1. General Return Conditions

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

• The product must be in unused, undamaged condition, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories.

• Proof of purchase (invoice number) is required for all returns.

2. Showroom Purchases

• Returns and exchanges for showroom purchases must be brought directly to our showroom in Shuwaikh Industrial Area, Kuwait.

3. Delivered Orders

• Defective Products:
  We will arrange collection from your location at no extra charge after verifying the defect.

• Non-Defective Products:
  Returns of non-defective products must be handled at the showroom by the customer. Delivery pick-up is not available for such returns.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Personal care products

• Consumables (such as adhesives, tapes, etc.)

• Customized or special-order products

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or incorrect installation

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed within 14 days for items of equal or higher value.

• If the new item is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
