Cordless impact wrenches for wheel nuts, bolts and seized fasteners — the tool you reach for when a spanner or a drill will not shift something. Prices start at 17.450 KD for a 600 Nm 20V wrench supplied with two batteries. Stock is thin at the moment: four of the seven tools in this range are out, so the two wrenches and one crimping tool below are what you can buy today.

Which cordless wrench do you need?

Type Best for Price
Cordless wrench, 600 Nm, 20V, with drill chuck Wheel nuts, chassis and machine bolts, and anything rusted tight. The drill chuck means it also takes drill bits and driver bits, so it covers two jobs. Two batteries supplied from 17.450 KD
Cordless impact wrench, 20V, brushless Two speeds and a smart-loosen setting that backs off once a fastener releases. A brushless motor has fewer parts to wear. No torque figure is published for this model — ask us before you choose it over the 600 Nm above 59.000 KD
Cordless crimping tool, 300 mm, 18V, 75 kN Crimping cable lugs onto copper and aluminium conductor in a panel or a junction box. Not a wrench — it is here because it shares the battery platform. Two batteries and a charger supplied from 50.000 KD

Out of stock at the moment: the 1000 Nm 20V wrench, the 350 Nm 21V wrench with drill chuck, the 42V cordless ratchet wrench and the 20V entry wrench — which is both the top and the bottom of the range at once. Ask us about availability rather than buying up or down from what you need.

Which one do you need?

  • Torque is the number that matters, and only one of these two wrenches publishes it. The 600 Nm tool at 17.450 KD will break a wheel nut loose on a car or a light truck. The 59.000 KD brushless model gives you two speeds and a smart-loosen function, but no torque rating is printed on it — so if your decision rests on how hard it pulls, ask us and we will get the figure before you spend the difference.
  • An impact wrench is not a drill, and a drill is not an impact wrench. A drill turns steadily; an impact wrench hammers rotationally, which is what shifts a fastener that has corroded in place. The 600 Nm model has a drill chuck as well as the impact drive, which is the one tool here that does both — see cordless drills and screwdrivers if drilling is the main job.
  • You need impact sockets, not ordinary ones. Chrome hand sockets can split under hammer action. Check what drive size the tool takes and match it before you start — our socket sets range covers 1/4" and 1/2" drive.
  • Two batteries is the specification nobody reads and everybody needs. Both the 600 Nm wrench and the crimping tool come with two packs, so one charges while the other works. The packs are not interchangeable between the 20V and 18V tools.
  • Tightening to a figure is a different tool entirely. An impact wrench loosens and runs a nut down fast; it does not tell you when to stop. If a bolt has to be set to a specified torque — a cylinder head, an alloy wheel — that needs a click-type torque wrench, which we do not currently stock. Ask us and we will tell you honestly rather than sell you the wrong thing.
  • Crimping cable lugs? The 300 mm 18V crimper delivers 75 kN and does in one squeeze what a hand crimper takes real effort to do. Worth it if you terminate heavy cable regularly; not worth 50 KD for one job, where a hand crimping tool is the sensible buy.

FAQs

How much is a cordless impact wrench in Kuwait?

From 17.450 KD for a 600 Nm 20V wrench supplied with two batteries and a drill chuck. The 20V brushless model with two speeds and a smart-loosen function is 59.000 KD. The 1000 Nm, 350 Nm and 42V ratchet models are out of stock at the moment.

Will it undo car wheel nuts?

The 600 Nm wrench is the one to ask about for that — 600 Nm is well above what a standard passenger-car wheel nut is tightened to. Use impact-rated sockets, not chrome hand sockets, and tell us your vehicle in the showroom if you want us to check the drive and socket size with you.

What is the difference between the 17.450 KD wrench and the 59.000 KD one?

The cheaper one publishes 600 Nm and includes a drill chuck, so it drills and drives as well as hammering. The dearer one has a brushless motor, two speeds and a smart-loosen setting, but no torque figure is published for it. We would rather say that than guess — call or come in and we will get the rating from the supplier before you decide.

Do you have a torque wrench?

Not at present. A click-type torque wrench, the kind that sets a bolt to an exact figure, is a different tool from anything on this page and we do not stock one. An impact wrench runs a nut down quickly but gives you no reading, so do not use one where a torque setting is specified.
