What it does

• Starts and stops on demand - the pump runs when a tap opens and stops when it closes.
• Dry-run cut-out - it switches the pump off when the water supply fails rather than letting it run empty.
• LED indicator - shows the current state at a glance.

Will it fit your pump?

Two checks, and both are quick:

1. Pump size. It supports pumps up to 1.1-1.5 kW. Read the kW figure off your pump's plate; a bigger pump needs a bigger controller. The 370 W (0.5 HP) water pump we stock is well inside the range.
2. Connection size. Standard 1 inch, 25 mm, at both the inlet and the outlet. If your pipework is 3/4 inch you will need adaptors.

Note that the "1100W" in the product title refers to the pump capacity it is made for, not to the controller's own consumption.

Does it replace a pressure tank?

It controls the pump directly on demand. Whether you still want a tank in your system depends on the installation - bring the layout to the counter.

What is the cut-in pressure?

No cut-in or cut-out pressure figure is recorded for this model, so we will not quote one. Ask at the counter and we will look at the unit with you.

Can it be mounted outdoors?

It is rated IP65 and made from an anti-rust material. Direct summer sun is still worth avoiding.

Why are there two prices?

The two options differ in the service term attached to the sale, not in the unit. 7.450 KD is the lower of the two.
