A pair of heavy-duty independent uprights that turn a bare corner into a working lifting station. Set the height for squats, drop it for bench work, or pair it with an adjustable bench for flat, incline and decline pressing — all from one stand, without the cost or floor space of a full power cage.

What you can train

• Barbell squats — set the uprights at shoulder height and unrack straight into your set.
• Flat bench press — lower the uprights and slide a flat bench between them.

Built to hold

• 200kg load capacity — room to keep adding plates long after a lighter stand would run out.
• Heavy-gauge steel uprights — square-section tubing with a durable black powder-coated finish.
• Wide ribbed base feet — long footprints on both sides of each upright resist tipping under a loaded bar.
• Bolted crossbar — links the two uprights into one rigid frame instead of two loose stands.

Built to adjust

• Height adjustable 95–116cm — five levels spaced 5cm apart, covering bench work through to squats and different lifters sharing one rack.
• Adjustable width — the crossbar telescopes so you can match the stance to your bar and the lift.
• J-hook bar cradles — high-visibility green hooks hold the barbell securely and make re-racking easy to find under load.
• Angled top saddles — deep upper catches give the bar a positive seat when you rack from a squat.

Compact and easy to move

50 × 74 × 118cm assembled and just 8kg, so it tucks into a spare room, garage or balcony and lifts out of the way single-handed when you're done. Far less space than a power cage for most of the same work, and it ships flat in a 79 × 19 × 11cm carton.
