What the product record gives

• Size: 32 x 122 x 200 cm
• Material: metal
• Foldable: yes
• Lift capacity: 20 kg
• Weights: not included
• One option, 35.000 KD, 19 in stock

Measure the floor before you order

200 cm is the length of the frame on the floor and 122 cm its height at the bar rack. A bench with a bar frame also needs clear space behind it for the bar and clear space at the sides to load and unload plates, so measure more than the footprint. It folds flat when you have finished with it.

Which bench, and what else you need

This one carries the bar frame. If you want resistance arms instead of a bar, the foldable bench with resistance band arms is 34.950 KD. The bar, plates and dumbbells are separate purchases — see gym equipment.

Does it come with a bar or any weights?

No. The product record states that weights are not included. Order or bring the bar and plates separately.

What does the 20 kg figure refer to?

The record gives a lift capacity of 20 kg. No maximum user weight is recorded against this product, so do not assume one — ask the counter to read the plate on the frame before you buy.

Is assembly included in the price?

No. It arrives flat-packed, and assembly is a separate service at 5.000 KD.

Can I see it before buying?

Yes. It is at our showroom in Shuwaikh Plaza, Khalifa Al-Jassim Street, Shuwaikh Industrial. We deliver across Kuwait and take cash on delivery, card or Deema instalments.
