Will it fit your pallets and your doorways?

550 mm is the width across the two forks and 1200 mm is their length, which is the standard pallet footprint used in most warehouses here. Check three things before ordering: that your pallets have openings on the side you will approach from, that the aisle is wide enough to swing a 1200 mm fork round, and that the lowered fork height clears the pallet board. The lowered and raised fork heights, the wheel type and the truck weight are not recorded, and on a pallet truck the lowered height is what decides whether the forks go in at all. Ask us to measure one on the floor before you order.

When a pallet truck is the wrong tool

If the load is not on a pallet, the forks have nothing to go under and a platform trolley is what you want: see the 300 kg folding platform trolley. For lifting a pallet up onto racking rather than along the floor, you need a stacker, not a pallet truck.

Does it need power or charging?

No. It is manual: you pump the handle to lift and pull to move.

Can it lift a pallet onto a shelf?

No. A hand pallet truck lifts the pallet just clear of the floor so it can be rolled. Stacking is a different machine.

What are the wheels made of?
