• Stand-driving electric stacker, 2 ton 1,599.000 KD, 4 in stock — 3 m lift height, 590 kg machine weight, 215 cm long by 90 cm wide by 183 cm high, fork length 115 cm, single fork 16 cm wide, fork legs 67 cm apart and adjustable to 72 cm across, minimum fork height 9 cm, turning radius 180 cm, wheelbase 140 cm, front load wheels 70 × 80 mm and rear load wheels 75 × 230 mm, lift speed 80 mm/s and drop speed 150 mm/s at full load, 2.2 kW lift motor and 1.5 kW drive motor, 24 V 150 Ah lithium battery.

The measurements that decide it

• Your narrowest aisle against the turning radius. The 2 ton stacker turns in 180 cm. If your racking aisles are tighter than that it will not come round, whatever it lifts.
• Your doorway against 90 cm wide and 183 cm high. Those are the stacker's overall figures, and it is 215 cm long, so check the approach as well as the opening.
• Your racking against the 3 m lift. A pallet truck lifts a pallet clear of the floor and no further. If the pallet has to go onto a shelf, you need the stacker.
• Your pallets against the forks. 550 × 1200 mm on the hand truck is the standard pallet footprint used in most warehouses here. On the stacker the fork legs sit 67 cm apart and adjust to 72 cm, with a 9 cm minimum fork height — bring an awkward pallet to the showroom and we will try it on the machine.
• Your heaviest load against the capacity, not your average one. The hand truck is rated 3 tonnes and the stacker 2 tonnes, and the stacker itself weighs 590 kg before anything goes on the forks.

What is the difference between a pallet truck and a stacker?

A hand pallet truck raises a pallet just clear of the floor so it can be rolled, and goes no higher. A stacker is a compact electric forklift that lifts the pallet onto racking — our 2 ton stand-driving model goes to 3 metres at 80 mm per second under full load, and lowers at 150 mm per second.

Will the 2 ton stacker fit my warehouse?

Check three figures against your building: 90 cm overall width, 183 cm overall height and a 180 cm turning radius. It is 215 cm long and weighs 590 kg empty, so the floor has to carry it loaded as well.

Does the hand pallet truck need power?

No. It is manual — you pump the handle to lift and pull it to move, so there is nothing to charge and nothing to plug in. The same handle does the steering.

What battery does the electric stacker use, and how long does a charge last?

A 24 V 150 Ah lithium battery, driving a 1.5 kW drive motor and a 2.2 kW lift motor. The charging time and the runtime per charge are not in the product record, so we will not put a figure on this page — ask us at the showroom, where the machine is on the floor.
