1. Pick-Up Orders

• Customers can collect their orders directly from our showroom in Shuwaikh Industrial Area during working hours.

• Customers are encouraged to inspect products at the time of collection.

2. Delivery Service

• Standard Delivery Charges:

  • KD 1.35 for delivery within 48 hours

  • KD 2.00 for express delivery within 24 hours

  • Additional charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach areas.

• Delivery Timeframe:
  Orders are typically delivered within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

• Delivery Coverage:
  We currently deliver across Kuwait.

3. Order Tracking & Confirmation

• Customers will be notified via phone or WhatsApp once the order is ready for dispatch.

• Orders may require a signature or confirmation upon delivery.

4. Inspection at Delivery

• If a product is found to be defective or damaged, please notify our team within 24 hours for replacement or refund assistance.

5. Undeliverable Orders

• If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
