Refund Policy

📜 Refund Policy – Bab Al-Saif Est.

At Bab Al-Saif Est., customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following terms:

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Defective Products (Pick-Up Orders):
    If you collect an item from our showroom and later discover a defect, please return it to the showroom within 14 days of purchase. Once the defect is verified, a full refund will be issued.

  • Defective Products (Delivered Orders):
    If you receive a defective product via delivery, you must provide photo or video evidence showing the issue. After verification, we will arrange collection from your address. Following inspection, a full refund will be issued.

  • Non-Defective Returns:
    Refunds are available for non-defective products if returned to our showroom within 14 days in unused, undamaged condition and in original packaging.

2. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 24 hours after inspection of the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued in cash or via bank transfer (based on customer preference).

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect.

3. Important Notes

  • Returns and refunds are strictly limited to 14 days from the purchase date.

  • After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund under any circumstance.

  • Refunds will only be processed once the item has been returned and inspected by our team.
