TCT Saw Blade 400mm 120T Aluminium Cutting - BAS Kuwait

A 400 mm blade ground specifically for cutting aluminium. The 120 carbide-tipped teeth and the negative 5° hook angle are the two details that matter here: the high tooth count keeps the chip small so the cut face comes off clean and bright, and the negative hook stops the blade grabbing and climbing as it enters an extrusion — which is what makes aluminium cutting safe rather than alarming.

The 3.6 mm plate with a 2.8 mm body runs true and resists heat distortion through repeated cuts, and laser-cut expansion slots let the disc grow and settle without going out of shape. Finished cuts need little or no deburring, so profiles are ready to assemble straight off the saw.

Fits machines with a 32 mm arbor and the usual drive pin holes. Suited to aluminium extrusion and profile cutting, window and door fabrication, curtain walling, and general non-ferrous work. Always run it on a saw rated for 400 mm blades and keep the guard in place. BAS brand, made in China.
